College Grant Information for the 2006-07 School Year

George W. Bush has approved funding for new college grants named the National Smart Grant and Academic Competitiveness Grant. Over $700 million dollars has been collected just for these two grants. The whole idea behind the new college grants is to promote students to pursue a career in the mathematics, technical, and science fields.         They've finished a strict high school plan of study according to the national education standards.

        They finished senior high later than January 1, 2006 for freshmen and January 1, 2005 for sophomore students.
